		<description>I have to wonder if the planners of the other events got the word out to the people in the other districts.  I know that for the Cleveland Day of .NET, I reached out to the PA people, as we&#039;re on the northeastern part of the state and really not that far from some of their regions.  Good to see someone else noticing though that there doesn&#039;t seem to be much crossing of districts.</description>
