		<description>Great writeup on the Lansing Day of .Net! I really liked your talk and glad I was able to see it. 

I&#039;m proud to announce that you inspired me and I was able to get the IT dept to start doing a daily scrum meeting. We&#039;re not running any actual scrum projects but every day at 9:45 we get up and meet at the confrence table and do the quick 3 question rundown.

I think it&#039;ll be a great help to improve the team. So thanks for the great talk!</description>
