I really liked your talk and glad I was able to see it. I'm proud to announce that you inspired me and I was able to get the IT dept to start doing a daily scrum meeting. We're not running any actual scrum projects but every day at 9:45 we get up and meet at the confrence table and do the quick 3 question rundown. I think it'll be a great help to improve the team.
